They are specially indicated for removing oral biofilm from hard-to-reach areas. Besides the 7 existing sizes, the brand has launched two new products: Interprox^® X-Maxi Soft (PHD 2.4) and Interprox^® XX-Maxi (PHD 2.7)with conical shaped brush heads, for accessing implant-supported prostheses and implant- supported overdentures without the need to bend. The Interprox^® range complies with the ISO 16.409*standard because of the high retention of its filaments, the strong hold on the wire and the high durability of the brush. Interprox^® brushes, thanks to their Tynex^® filaments, efficiently clean spaces and can detect bleeding (white filaments) and dental plaque, or oral biofilm, (black filaments). The Interprox^® brushes have a wire that is coated with polyurethane to protect teeth and gums from lesions, and also to protect implants.
